Everything wholesale partners usually ask about the invoice portal.
Click "Access Your Invoice Portal" above and sign in with the business email your invoice was sent to. Stripe emails you a secure sign-in link - no password required. Once inside, all your invoices appear under Invoice History.
Open the invoice from your portal and choose "Pay." You'll complete payment through Stripe's secure checkout using a card or supported payment method. Your invoice status updates to "Paid" automatically once the payment is confirmed.
Every legitimate invoice appears inside your secure Stripe-hosted portal under your own account, and the portal domain is billing.stripe.com. If you ever receive an invoice request outside this portal, contact us before paying to confirm it's authentic.
Yes. Every invoice and payment receipt can be downloaded as a PDF directly from the portal, so you always have records for bookkeeping and tax purposes.
Through Stripe, we accept major credit and debit cards and other locally supported payment methods. The available options are shown automatically at checkout based on your region.
Absolutely. All payments are processed by Stripe with PCI-DSS compliance and 256-bit encryption. Biyode never sees or stores your full card details - they're handled entirely within Stripe's secure environment.
